Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts
- Free from any damage caused by the customer
- Not a spare part or accessory (spare parts are non-returnable)
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account at swastiklittlelove.com
- Go to "My Orders" and select the order
- Click "Request Return" and provide the reason
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address
Alternatively, email us at support@swastiklittlelove.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost
- Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved
Non-Returnable Items
- Spare parts and accessories
- Products with removed or damaged tags/labels
- Products used beyond initial inspection
- Products returned after the 7-day window
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow the return process after delivery.
